My sinus infection is still here. I'm on my second day of Amoxicillin. I've been taking Sudafed & Cough syrup as well and I just took Benadryl to help knock me out. I didn't take any of these dissolving tabs for your throat today. Today was okay I guess. It was a day. I still feel numb. It's weird.
I slept a lot today. I slept in til 9am and then took a nap from like 3:45-5:30ish. Jeez. I just am still zonked by this thing. I hope I start to feel physically better soon.
Billy Joel's, "This is the Time to Remember" is what I'm listening to now. I'm trying to unwind. I'm in bed right now. I had a massage at that aging conference I helped at. She did my upper back and neck. She totally nailed the pressure points in my back. She goes, "Let me know if it's too hard or soft." I responded, "I don't think too hard is possible." I like lots of pressure. I had a foot massage at wind-n-sea spa and I put my preference for lots of pressure or like high tolerance of pressure. That was really nice. That was years ago, and it lasted for 30min.
Tonight, I massaged the arch in my right foot. For some reason it's been bothering me. This is a new thing. I never had foot problems before. Jeez. I'm in a very emotional mode. I blame PMS and life events.
I'm listening to Billy Joel's, "Lullabye." Man, this is making me gulp. Anyways, good night. Cheers to a better day.
